  4. Heaviness feeling in chest. Required?

Heaviness feeling in chest
For last 2 days I am feeling heaviness on left side of chest with slight pain in arm and neck. I don't have any heart problem history. Should I go for ecg or echo of the heart? Is it really required?? Thanks
