Dr abhinav chabra the dizziness is very intense the moment I get up from bed my head starts spinning and I feel like I will faint I don't know why what could be the reason is it associated with heart. I am not being able to stand even for few sec it feels like I will fall

Sir/ mam my father blood pressure is 135 to 140 but sometime have breathing problem discomfort. His sugar level also maintained at 140. Medicine is also going on 1. Amalong 10 mg and moxovas 0.2 mg thrice in a day. Please suggest and bp is found more in the morning round of 138-145.

Hi Doctors, I feeling a unknown fear full of today.. I don't know why? From wakeup today to till.. I feel very unknown fear.. I am being very tensed, confused and something unexplained.. what may be the reason.. 1 hr before i feel pricking pain on my left chest and back.. lasting for 5 seconds and disappeared.. after that i feel fear and slight headache.. pls help doctor.. 6 mnth back i did ecg echo and tmt multiple times, all test results are negative. Actually there is shooting cramp like pain I the area of my leg ... it's comes sometimes goes and comes again... but now from two days it's there continously.. sometimes I feel chest in pain but right now only leg pain which is from inside . Can it be blood clot ??

Dr sb nagori I am just 18 yrs old and like this kind of faintness had never happened in my life to me as you said do ecg for it is it required I am not having chest pain arm pain or breath issue I just feel like going to faint kind of I thought it could be low bp so I drank 6 cups of coffee and salt water also but there's no improvement I don't know why whenever I stand I feel like I am going to fall

Hello doctor. from 1week my legs are swollen. Iam diabetic from 6 years taking gluconorm g 1,Aten 50 tablet s . B p & diabetic level is under control. From 15 days iam suffering from antral gastritis, fatty liver grade 2 & asymptomatic gallbladder polyps 5 mm . No symptoms . From 1 week my legs are swollen . What is the reason of this ? My ECG, 2 d echo is normal ,serum creatinine is 1.1. please answer.
