Hello doctor few months ago I got lower back head pulsating pressure accompanied with palpitations. One day I got sudden palipitation and I took ecg it showed sinus tachycardia also I did 2d echo test and it was normal. After a week later I took another ecg and it was normal. Now I'm using beta blockers ( betacap tr20mg ).also I feel weird sensation in upper back of head and neck like pounding pressure. Like electric sensation . when I worry..so I consulted neurologist and doctor prescribed nexito plus medicine. And told it was anxiety related. But while I'm stopping taking beta blocker for 2 days I'm feeling little palipitation like feeling while I move. What is the cause ? Is this anything heart related? Pls let me know

Can you please tell me the findings of this ecg. My echo and tmt are all normal except high rate during ecg because I freaked out. I have attached my diagnosis sheet too

Hi doctor yesterday I had sharp pinning pain in left side chest my family doctor has given gastric tablets ocid and Topnac P tablets . Whenever I'm getting burps I'm getting pricking feeling like something poking in chest left side. Is it muscle tightness or heart related issues or gastric problems kindly let me know

I'm taking metocard xl 25 and stator cv 10 from last 3 years because i have slowflow. Last couple of weeks my heart rate suddenly rise after dinner. Sometimes reached at 130 for few seconds then gradually reduced after taking metocard xl 25. Now I'm taking it 2 times. But sometimes this problem appears after taking metocard. Hi, My son age 26 months, observed rapid heartbeat while he runs a little bit... Is it normal symptom or I need to take him for medical checkup. Please suggest, normaly he was active and cleaver, but I have observed from his childhood he will sit a bit while playing or running. Regards Sekhar

My cholesterol always ranges between 220-250, HDL -55, Non HDL ( 173+ 17). I workout 6 days a week, non smoker and non drinker. My diet is also regulated and pure vegetarian with limited intake of sugar and carbs. My father struggled with high cholesterol his whole life and got stents in two arteries at the age of 60. I dont want to be on meds for rest of my life. Is there any other treatment possible for this? May be something through diet correction. Pls help.

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Also from last 4-5 days i am feeling heaviness in centre of chest and upper abdomen and pain in left elbow, Do i have any heart issues?
