He was having this diabetic medicine about 15 days and from last 5-7 days he is having heavy head and head spinning. And today we test the sugar level .it was 89. And after having some sugar and icecream it was 109 on a random test. On clinical test it is 81 fasting. So today he stop his diabetis medicine. He never had sugar level not more than 155 /113. So should he stop the diabetis medicine? As we live in a village it is tough to go in city easily .

My father has undergone CABG+BYPASS ON DECEMBER 2021. after two months he started smoking.  today he had blood vomits.  he us using acitrom 2mg. does he smoke whileon medication?

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Also from last 4-5 days i am feeling heaviness in centre of chest and upper abdomen Do i have any heart issues? As 7 months ago stress echo done be effective even now

Moderate reduction in the heart pumping capacity is a thing to worry ?? My father underwent angioplasty a month ago and in follow up 2d echo was advised...kindly help me with the proper inference in layman language. He had 3 blockages of which 2 were recent and 1 was treated in the year 1991.
