High Blood pressure

Dear Doctor, My mother is diagnosed as High BP and she is using a Medicine of Tozaar 25 in the morning from past couple of months (she is also a diabetic, 160-170 mg/dl with medication). When we monitor BP of her from past two days, it is coming 160/90. 1. May I know is it acceptable even after medication? Can you please confirm acceptable range with medication? 2. Do we need to consult doctor for changing the medicine to bring it to normal range? 3. Could you please suggest the doctor specialisation to consult regarding this issue. Thank you so much in advance!

Doubt Regarding Cardiology Issue

I got TR traced in echo. Does this need any treatment? Some one said that it is normal these days but another doctor said it is normal if it is mild but what matters is volume of leakage. I need to know is it sever or mild

Low BP after covid

My mother was covid positive in January 2922 and was severely impacted. She was in ICU on NIV for few days tocilizuman was administered and steroids were given.  Weight loss was around 6+7 kg  After recovery she is doing fine. From last few days bp is around 100/60 to 110/74. Earlier she was taking olmat 20 still bp used to be 140/90. Is it normal or we should do some investigations. No other symptoms are there.

Beta Blockers On ECG

This might be a stupid question. I wanted to know whether taking a beta blocker before ecg can mask/hide signals of a heart attack.

Lightheadednes, Mild Edema on full body.

I am experiencing continuous dizziness, light-headedness and mild edema on my whole body. Even my hands and feet are also cooler than usual. 2D echo is normal showing LVEF 60%. NT Pro BNP is 102. I am literally unable to perform my daily activities because of the dizziness. What would be the reason? How to diagnose now?

Diagnostic Test

Normal 2D Echo and normal NT PRO BNP can evaluate heart failure??? Can heart failure remain hidden after these tests result if appearing normal? Any other tests for hear failure?
