Hello doctor,    I have chest pain, left hand pain and left shoulder pain   since 8 months.  I have done 4 times ECG, 2 times ECHO and 2 times TMT 5 months ago this report is normal and blood test reports are  normal doctor advised me to take Inderal 10mg (Propranolol) One year For anxiety and palpitation ( Ninght time one tab)    I have been taking this medicine for 4 months.     Can I stop this medicine?     either     repeat the test again Or Which doctor I consult again I am worried about this please suggest me. I did moderate exercise(Walking on a slope road & climbing steps) today and my HR was around 151 BPM. It's been 2 hours after that and my HR is 113 BPM. I have a pocket ECG device (Sanketlife 2.0) which indicates Sinus Tachycardia. Is there something to be worried about and how long will it take for my heart rhythm to reach normal sinus rhythm?

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Do i have any heart issues? As 7 months ago stress echo done be effective even now
