I am having middle and right side chest pain every now and then since last 3 months. Did ECG in January and RBBB got detected. Now again did ECG two days back and Right Ventricular Hypertropy got detected. I am also having lightheadedness sometimes. I am planning to visit a Cardiologist. Meantime please advise whether it is a serious issue?

Twice in last 30 days my BP has gone up after consuming some salty food. Rest on all days it was normal despite having salt. I am overweight By atleast 12-14kgs . Can that be a factor? Yesterday after having salty tea my back of the head started paining a lot. I checked my BP with our home digital BP machine it was 140/90 . After that i consumed water and it went back to normal. One more question I have, how accurate home BP machines are? My lifestyle is very sedentary due to my work which is online. I consulted a doctor he said it's not the right time to start BP medications. Please suggest.

Hi I am taking medications for Sinus Tachycardia. Ivabrad 5 and Prolomet 50. My echo and Tmt were normal. Do I need to take fresh tmt and echo test now it's been 2 months since I took those tests. Do I have to repeat those tests? Do the tests have a validity?My pulse rate is in normal range these days. Can the medicines be toned down?

Whether can we undergo mitral value replacement ??Is it safe?? What will be the consequences of this replacement surgery??

Hi doctor i had done stress echo 7 months back, as my lipid and lp(a) high, TG high, stress echo was normal, I smoke from last 4 years and drink daily. I feel gidiness from last 1 year that episodes comes and go along with heart palpitations and ringing in ears and feel beat in ears. and sudden feeling of skipping a beat for a second and burping. Is this heart issue? As 7 months back stress echo was normal

I am 32 years old...from few days I having pain in my lower chest in the middle going ..left and right side also... Thinking this pain to be gas related everyday I am taking pan 40 sometimes omez..but the pain isnot going away...sometimes sharp pain like electric waves is occuring..sometimes mild pain... sometimes I am having pain while drinking water...pls suggest what to do...plz suggest how to cure...

Hi doctor i am male of 27 years, i feel pain in left arm some time in back shoulder and left chest, 7 months ago i did some routine test found my Ldl was high, TG very high, Lp(a) 165 i did ecg came normal and doctor advised Stress echo which came normal 7 months back, I have been smoking from last 3 years and drinking daily, from last 1 year I feel sudden diziness, floating sensation and spinning and ear ringing with breath shortness and palpitations. Do i have any heart issues? As 7 months ago stress echo done be effective even now
