Hello doctors Im having heart rate of 100+ in day time and during the sleep its going back to 70-85(got to know by fitbit band) I have under went ecg and 2d echo recently. Ecg is normal other sinus tachycardia 2d echo everything normal and ef 62% Being anxious about future as every young man. Having GERD and facing Palpitations after food :( Urine is dark yellow Please suggest something

My brother's age 45 has high BP problem. Initially took telmisartan 40 mg, now reduced to 20 mg and BP is somewhat controlled with this medicine. But, yesterday night during sleep his BP was low and went down to 70/40. Is it normal? or should be consulted with doctor on this issue? Thank you for your kind suggestion.

Hi I am 43 yrs old male went for echo cardio test due to complain of chest pain where I was diagnosed with grade 1 dystolic dysfunction and my BP was 124/94 and what I am observing from my daily bp monitoring is my daily bp for systolic pressure is always in the range of 120 to 126 where as my dystolic pressure is always above 90 to 96 max. I was also having LDL cholesterol above borderline for which I am taking roseday 10mg from past 4 to 5 months. My question is do I need any medication for my BP ? And is there anything to worry about grade 1 dystolic dysfunction does it progress? Thanks

Is it safe to Have that procedure done? And are there any side effects after having that procedure?. Is it available in India as successful rate?
