Kindly suggest what this report says and what should be d next step Narrowing of the upper esophagus by extrinsic structures possibly due to aberrant vasculature such as aberrant left subclavian artery in combination with aorta with consequent dysphagia lusoria versus other mediastinal mass. Recommend chest CT for further evaluation. At the junction of the upper and middle thirds of the esophagus there is smooth bordered rounded impressions upon both anterior and posterior aspects of the esophagus

When i take tea and go for cycling ..after few minutes when i stop .i jave pain in my chest .kindly tell why my chest start paining

Iam a patient of chronic gastritis and have ibs sometimes..after taking telvas 20 for my high diastolic pressure iam taking telvas 20 for 2 months as per cardiologist advice but now iam getting bloating n ibs  and back pain also since few days ...is it from side effects of telvas 20 ..plz advise

Government ANM check my Blood pressure weekly from few weeks my blood pressure is high Example 150/90 155/95 160/100 There is no other symptoms no chest pain not having any other symptoms she told to take an ecg so i taken ecg today morning please what is everything correct in ecg report.

Sir namasthe my age 27 no bad habits like drinking, smoking, my weight 80 ... Daily left chest pain comes sir since one year to in one year I did 20 ecg, 2 times 2d echo, 2022 Janavary first I did *tmt also that was negative, *high sensitive trophonin normal, * chest x ray normal, *random blood sugar normal, * renal function test normal, *bp is high 162/98, taking telma 20 tablets *Thyroid function test normal * 6 months back did lipid profile normal Why pain in comes in left chest sir in doing pain I feel very worry, fear of die #yesterday I also take ecg that was I attached pic... Any next test for my pain sir???

Just got my blood report, total cholesterol is 194 mg/dl HDL 30 mg/dl VLDL - cholesterol (cal) 51 mg/dl LDL cholesterol 113 LDL /HDL ratio 3.76 Cholesterol/HDL ratio 6.46 Triglycerides is 228 Is it the matter of concern? My blood pressure is under control with Selekon xl 50mg and Amfast 50mg My weight is in normal range

Sir, Sometimes due to stress my Pulse rate gets Increased to 135 . Sir How to lower it ??  Sir it is due to stress only because my  Resting Pulse rate is always 85
