Tachycardia
Hello doctors. Doctors from the past 2.5 years I am taking metpure xl 50 for my tachycardia problem. My starting dose was 25mg. But a week before I got dizziness and another doctor changed my metpure xl 50 dose to metpure xl 12.5mg. But again after a week I am feeling tachycardia. So should I increase my dose to 25mg or 50mg now or switch to some other medicine ?

You should get a proper evaluation done for the cause of the tachycardia. Just changing medications will only be a temporary measure.
