I feel mild chest pain when I get stressed, overthinking, frustrated,alone..one thing murmuring in my mind what should I do please help doctor.. already done ECG,echo,xray all results show normal, normal blood pressure. Is it any heart disease??

Hi Doctor, I am having upper back pain consulted ortho they said pain is bcaz of muscle spasm and poor posture issue. Sometime pain aggregate to front side also so consulted cardio to rule out the doubt. So i have done my ecg, echo and TMT test all came normal, but still sometime I am having chest tightness while I am driving bike or lying down, is that really worried issue.

Hello I had ocacional skip beats ,today I experienced series 3 to 4 skip beats feeling near left rib and sweaty,after dat stoped and had some gas burping and gorgling sound in stomach ,is related to heart or related to stomach ?
