My left chest paining on n off...I don't hv pain while sleeping..I get the pain as soon as I wake up.i hv done ecg echo both normal...is it a muscle pull,intermuscular pain or heart or lung related???...I feel like something is stuck or some injury in the chest..when I stretch my left chest backwards it hurts ..is it any injury???..all these happened after my covid recovery

I am 20, I am experiencing sudden increase in heart beat everyday. This starts when I feel back pain on october 2021 and I visited to doctor, he gave medicine of back pain and checked bp it was too high 150/120, he given me injection and told me to take bp medicine, but I didn't feel any increase in heart beat, no head spinning, body shaking before visiting doctor for back pain. After 2 months when I didn't get any solution. I changed doctor he told me that anxiety is the problem, but after taking anxiety medicine, my head starts spinning, my heart beat increased suddenly everyday, my body shakes every time, but again I didn't get any result.
