My father has one stent in LAD . He is on aspirin tablet which causing him burning sensation in stomach. Can we take pan d before food while taking aspirin? And also one time he got blood vomit. Is that due to aspirin,? Please hellp me with ans

I underwent a heart surgery to close the hole in the heart. It's been 6 weeks. At 4th week i felt normal and energetic so that I cn do normal activities and went for walks. From past 2 days i have been feeling extremely tired and sleepy all the time. My BP is normal. I m unable to do normal Activities and cnt get up from bed and feels like sleeping all time I got my 2d echo done yesterday and Pericardial effusion has been detected. The cardiologist said that it is mild. The measurements are 05mm anterior, 09mm posterior, 06mm apical and Basel, 09mm medial. Could you please help me what is the solution to drain the extra fluid around the heart. I am on Dytor 5mg once a day, Embeta 12.5 mg once a day and ecosprin once a day Please advice. What could be the probable cause of weakness and tiredness. I want to be normal and get back to work asap

Its started on 28 th jan night. I woke up because my 6 month old was crying. After tat i put him to sleep and i couldn't sleep by 2am i suddenly feel palpitation with chills in my left chest radiates to left hand,pain mild sweat msy be i didnt use AC tat night. I got fear tat am getting some heart issue. We have entire family with some critical disease. I went to hospital soon and took ECG. its said normal. Next day ECHO also normal, doc gave me tablets for BP Muscle spasm. said i dont have any heart issue for now and said may be this anxiety. I took medicine as precribed. After tat several episodes i got when i get tensed or worried or skip a meal Yesterday my symptoms started in the morning like i didnt eat breakfast wen i was working. Suddenly palpitations chills on left side same as before left head face feeling heaviness and throat sore feeling. Kindly tell me wat am going through. Am so scared after this. is it anxiety or some other ⚠️ particular place chest pain is there tillnow

At 10:30Am today i was washing my car and cleaning...my heart rate goes up upto 110 and now its come down now....is that ok.? Or anything wrong here? Here is my ecg also

Dear Doctors, my father is 76 years old now and he  was diagnosed with triple vessel coronary artery disease with lmca disease 3 years before. He had angioplasty procedure to keep stent in one of the major artery block and cardiologist advised to mange the other 2 100% blocks via medical management. Unfortunately after the angioplasty procedure his kidney got affected and his creatine level was 1.6. Till now, almost 3 years almost he managed his creatine level 1.6-1.8 by following strict diet. Recently the cardiologist changed the medicine to improve his heart function. He was given Isolazine and his blood pressure got increased and one of his legs got swollen. Not sure if the fluid retention is because of kidney or heart issue. Is Isolazine safe for kidney patients? Should it be stopped? He has taken the medicine for four months now. Please advise. Hello doctor, My mother had undergone a breast removal post diagnosis of breast cancer in 2017 . She was given a Herclon / herceptin with 13 doses in year 2018. She is taking eltroxin 125 mg and has asthma. Recently in her yearly checks she was diagnosed with a condition -" Traces of Pericardial effusion noted" iner echo reports( report attached) Her ECG shows normal. I just wanted to check whether is this worrisome? Please advise sir. Thanks
