Can a 23 year old have blockage in the heart without any mjor risk factors like smoking, diabetes, high blood pressure, family history etc.?

Patient age - 70+ yrs Gender - Male BP - Normal Diabetes - under medication ( Tab Diamicron mr) Thyroid - under medication ( Eltroxin 50 ) Recently done ECG shows the following impressions: Sinus Bradicardia(HR 45/min) Right bundle branch block, Left anterior fascicular block, And bifascicular block. Do my father need a pacemaker or is it treatable by medicine? If required which pacemaker is recommended for him.. single chamber or dual chamber ? Thanks is advance. 🙏🏻

My doctor prescribed Prolomet XL 25 tablet to me because he said my left ventricle is increased little bit itt iis not too dangerous, my echo report says L V IDd :5.7 cms , L V IDs :3.8 cms, IVSD : 0.8 cms,LVPWd :0.8 cms, mitral valve is myxomatous, EF: 60 percent, Aortic root is 3.1 cms , LA : 3.2cms,  now I am having some doughts is this medicine is used for life ?, and my problem is cureable or not? I don't have any symptoms.
