Dr Deepak R sehjol I meant to say was every time I get up from bed I am having it not only morning even if I sit I am having sensation of faint I cannot stand up for even few sec I feel like I will faint it's not only morning it's whole day from yesterday it has happened.

If it's happening whole day den ear issues BPPV may b the reason for it
Other wise also it's advisable to get BP checkup
