Iam 50 years old female, high bp patient Recently 2d echo done it was 200/100mmhg my bp while doing echo IVS-16MM PWD-15MM EF-60% ALL others are in normal range Valves mitral valve thickened all others normal DOPPLER data E/A 0.9/1.2m/s, MR-grade 2 +(2jets) Tricuspid- PASP-30MMHG, TR-TRIVIAL Pericardium- normal Vegetation-nil Aortic- normal Final diagnosis Concentric lvh+ Lvdd grade 1 No RWMA no EFFUSION No clots Normal pericardium Doctor suggested me to control the bp rest is fine once you control the bp MR also get minimised, that set he didn't say much. He said cool nothing to worry if control bp and then do 2decho after 6months you get good data. Iam quiet anxious iam very active suggest anything about report

How can come off safely from beta blockers which I took for my anxiety symptom which was heart palpitations?

Sir I am hypertensive and on triolmesar 40.also have sinus tachycardia. Recently noticed skipped heart beat while talking continuosly  sometimes followed by coughing . Done ECG as attached Kindly advise please.

I have been on anxiety medicine on a year now. Recently i get very bad panic attack and doctor prescribed me with ciplar la 40 and beta anxit 20 for 4 months. He told me to if your fear feeling go away and you start feeling weakness then decrease the dose to ciplar la 20. Around 1 month of ciplar la40 , i started feeling weak and unable to walk so I decrease the dose. But one thing is bothering me that i don't feel that weakness now but around the medicine time like i take ciplar in morning around 9 , so my body start acting weird at that time. My pulse rate is fine , i checked it with hand but head start feeling weird. Once I take medicine it comes to normal and this happens on both medicine time. Is this normal ??? Please help me out. I am so scared.

He was having this diabetic medicine about 15 days and from last 5-7 days he is having heavy head and head spinning. And today we test the sugar level .it was 89. And after having some sugar and icecream it was 109 on a random test. On clinical test it is 81 fasting. So today he stop his diabetis medicine. He never had sugar level not more than 155 /113. So should he stop the diabetis medicine? As we live in a village it is tough to go in city easily .
