Difference between systollic and dystoll

I am suffering with atrial fibrillation and grave hyperthyroid  for 16 months. Is there any risk if the difference between systollic and dystollic is reduced or increased. I feel normal when difference lies between 35 to 40. Like 105/68 which is my normal reading. But my bp n pulse increases  somedays during sleeping. Today I woke up during sleeping and was feeling uncomfortable when my bp reading was 117/62 (difference of 55) and pulse was 90. Some times my difference is 25. I feel confortable when difference is between 35 to 40. Second question is regarding a smart watch compatible with android phone. How reliable are smart watches for measuring ecg and monitor bp n pulse while sleeping. My bp and pulse mostly increases while sleeping. If smart watch is reliable, can someone suggest which smart watch i can purchase for my android smart phone (realme gt neo2).

Namaskar Doctor I had chest and back pain 2 months ago. I went to a cardiologist. After examination the doc said the heart is ok. I have also consulted for my stomach and pulmonologist. cholesterol normal, 2d eco normal, ecg normal and TMT negative, crp 16, hs-crp 6.5. Tablets used were etoshine Mr 5 days and few gas tablets. Bp is 130/88 (approx), 90 to 95 bpm. Yet still I feel mild pain at the chest (comes and goes) and back pain (shoulder blade). Iam so confused. Plz suggest.

Chest Tightness and upper back pain

Hello Doctor, I am having upper back pain for last 4 months consulted ortho doctor they advised it is because of postural problem & muscle tightness. Going physio for muscle relaxation, physio said chest pain and tightness in chest due to upper back stiffness, while doing physio I feel relaxed but after 1 or 2 days pain is slowly coming back. While lying down relaxed like open chest getting chest tightness and pain, wen getting such feel I become tensed and worried of heart attack. Consulted cardiologist to rule out cardio issues I have done ecg, echo and tmt, chest x ray all comes out normal, cardiologist said nothing worry about heart issues just lifestyle changes and weight reduction will help to come out from it. After that also always thinking of the pain and heart issues, which made my day fearful not able to spend time with family no enjoyment. BP and Cholesterol wer there. Taking BP pills metosartan 25. Kindly suggest me what to be done further to come out from this issue.

Low pulse level after Covid recovery

Hi doctors, My father (64 years) who has high BP has recovered from Covid 2.5 months ago. He had been hospitalized for a week of treatment and has been discharged after 11 days. He had been taking Bronac 600,Astymin Forte for 2 months and discontinued recently as per Dr's advice. He was also taking Ecosprin 75(as his d dimer was high) for nearly 2 months and only discontinued as per Dr's advice. He is still taking Nintedanib 150 and has been prescribed to take the same for 1 more month. After he started taking Ecosprin, his resting pulse level would go down from 75-80 to 60-70 and sometimes even 55-60 range. As mentioned, he discontinued the same 4 days ago and his resting pulse rate is still low in 57-65 range. His BP is normal (80/130) at day but at night it goes up(88/157). He claims he's fine, does not feel dizzy but is tired at times. Is this not a concern or should I take him to a Cardiologist to do ECG/Echo? Is it normal for BP to be high while pulse is still low at night time?
