Pins and needles in left chest

I am having this pain intermittently since lst 3-4 months, have done ecg, echo all came normal but the pain is still there intermittently, what shall i do

I m presuming it's chest pain you are taking about Chest pain that is intermittent pricking in nature and not associated with exertion or not increasing on climbing stairs or running is mostly not related to heart Ecg and TMT test helps in making the distinction
