Increase heart rate (slightly breathless

I am obese 112 kg, my hear rate increases after climbing stairs to 1st floor- 110/ min. It comes back under 100 in less than a min. I don't think I have breathlessness, now that I am concerned about it makes me feel I also have breathlessness. Is this alarming? Also I have lost 16 kgs in 3 months with diet and intermittent fasting

Need a doctors opinion

My dad 66 years old has symptoms of dyspnea when doing mild to moderate physical activities. He is also having edema in feet, abdomen and in the groin area. The initial diagnosis is low ejection fraction of 45 and right bundle branch block. Apart from that no blockage is seen in angiography. No abnormalities are seen in a PET scan. The kidneys and prostrate are fine. But still the symptoms are not improving with medication. The edema subsides with the usage of diuretics but again starts increasing upon discontinuing the diuretics for few days. He has also limited the fluid intake now. Please guide me as to what can be causing these problems. Is it solely because of the heart issue or it can be something else. I can share all the test reports online if i get a response. Please do respond and help me!

Regurgitation

I recently had my eco done following covid infection. The echogram shows mild tricuspid and mild mitral regurgitation. And borderline concentric hypertrophy. Rest it shows good systolic function with LVEF 66%, cardiac valves normal in morphology. No pulmonary arterial hypertension, no intra cardiac shunt/mass, no pericardial effusion. Should I be worried??? I sometimes feel something is stuck on the left side and then something goes down and I breathe a lot better. Otherwise, I am okay. Please can anyone suggest what to do. The report is attached for reference. If someone can help me interpret this, that would be really kind.
