What is the best bp reading of healthy person.
I know bp should be less than 120/80. Is it 105/65.
Like best pulse reading should be 72 but range can be between 60 to 100

BP and heartrate are always given in our range. BP readings ideally should be less than 130 systolic and less than 90 diastolic. Heart rate can be in the range of 60-100 bpm.
