I had visited ER as my bp shot up to 160/90 I never had bp and I am taking my bp since 3 days at home my highest is 133/90 my echo,kft done 6 months ago was normal should I repeat the tests. And does ECG show any abnormality.i also get anxious sometimes can anxiety affect Bp.

Left hand pain, arm pit painand pulling,chest pain.left shoulder pulling, pain, since 1 month 5 ecg normal.

What is the treatment, so that my incomplete RBBB do not converted to complete RBBB in future? by Angiogram/Angioplasty or any other treatment which can made my RBBB normal as previous ( means no block). plz ans me

I've undergone ECG test yesterday. It's showing there's a T wave inversion . Is it normal ? I've attached ECG . Last month I did  echo 2D test n it was normal.
