Hi sir Today I have taken ecg due to chest heaviness could you please confirm is it normal or not ? And what about that larged ptfv1 is it any issue m feeling worry please help me on this

I constantly feel sudden urge to take a breath from my mouth that causes fullness of chest and that breath feels incomplete. I have taken ecgs again and again it results in incomplete right bundle branch block and sinus Arythimia I am very scared my lipid profile is normal and my echo as well not taken a tmt because my doctor is not able to find what it is. My nasal breathing is fine but i still feel and urge to take a big breath my chest xray is also fine i am unable to figure out what is this. I too tend to feel my heart beating fast at times . Please help me in this i feel dizzy at times and neck pain as well and a lump im my throat and sometimes pain as well in the throat Tests such as Ecg Chest xray Echo Cbc, lipid, lft, rft All are normal what it can be can u asist my left hands finger feel tremors and arm pains as well Help i cry to sleep its very discomforting i have consulted more than 7 docs help me

Normal Resting Heart Rate 80+ When I Haven't Slept Or Had Less Sleep <6hrs On That Day It Stays in 70-80 Range Is it Normal ?

Triglycerides serum is 263. LDL Cholesterol is 123. These are in risk condition or my cholesterol is normal?

Hello respected Doctor, my husband's leg were swollen from last 3-4 days and today we have done few blood tests. Hi sir I am having chest heaviness and i have done all tests related to heart , xray and USG chest but nothing abnormal in any test . But this is not leaving me and i am in complete loss of interest and feeling anxious always . Till now I have taken some 14-15 ecgs and 2d echo two times and tmt also done last year in April . Please find latest ecg taken two days back Please let me know what is the cause and how to come out of this one
