Troponin test also normal but I have anxiety probelm is there any chance of heart attack In age of 30 because sometimes I feel I have heart attack and what chances person can die in first heart attack

Having a heart attack at the age of 30 is Possible but it isn’t uncommon, in instances like with risk factors diabetes BP strong family history of cardiac disease addictions like smoking tobacco should precipitate an event of cardiac disease. Other causes can be a genetic predisposition which can precipitate heart attack at age less than 40 years. Get a total thorough evaluation like ECG Echo And TMT and Cardiac health CHECK.
