Im a boy of 27 yrs.. I have covid history and history of hyperthyroidism ... Now i have normal Thyroid level from 6/7 months.. But Still have heart rate upto 115 and mostly aroud 90-105 .. But In Morning it show's around 75-85 .. IN WORKING Hours it Increases and becomes around 90-110 .. I also have elevated diastolic pressure upto 90-95 and systolic Normal .. Ecs shows sinus Tachycardia and Echo was normal .. What to do.. Is it a subject of Concern

Unless you have any symptoms it is nothing to be concerned. Can get basic investigations are regular basis like thyroid profile and other reasons for tachycardia like haemoglobin. For diastolic hypertension we need to evaluate for other causes like undergoing ultrasound examination, urine routine exam, find out any other reasons like stress anxiety. Keep your thyroid levels absolutely within normal limits and heart rate and pressure should be normalise.
