Higher heart rate and covid vaccination

As i was suffering from higher heart rate, more than 100 and anxiety, panic attack
my cardiologist said me to not take vaccination at that time and prescribed me
Inderal 20 and sleep helping medicines
after 2 months i felt better but i had to take rabies vaccine last month (11-5-22)
I haven't got my first dose of covid vaccination till now. Can i start my covid vaccination taking first dose of vaccine from now is it safe now
