Cholesterol - Total 236 Triglycerides 312 Cholesterol - HDL 42 Cholesterol - LDL 131 Cholesterol- VLDL 62 Cholesterol : HDL Cholesterol 5.6 LDL / HDL Cholesterol Ratio 3.10 Non HDL Cholesterol 194 Can anyone please guide me , what should I do to lower cholesterol.
