So my weight is around 85 kg and my height is 5'11''. My resting heart is 69 to 74. Whenever i do high intensity training my heart rate spikes to 190 in just 5 to 6 minutes. Is it okay ??

My dad an heart stent operation of total 4 July month he took correct medicine for exactly 2 month untill October but they had given tablet of roseday a 20 but he has not taken it for exactly two month untill we come to know that today they have also given tablet ticaspan 90mg but what should I do as he left roseday a 20 for 2 month he had chest pain since few weeks also weakness but he is alright my question is should we given extra medicine or something please help

Hello Doctor, I am feeling dizziness while walking.. it has happened 2 times..
