Hello doctor, I am taking Propranolol 10mg (Inderal 10mg) and Escitalopram (Nexito 10mg) still one year but today psychiatrist doctor said stop Propranolol take Escitalopram only My question 1 year back Cardiologist doctor prescribed this medicine one year in night time for chest pain palpitations and anxiety 1 year ago my ECG ECHO TMT was normal i have completed 1 year can i stop this medicine can i stop this medicine or go to cardiologist again Psychiatrist doctor said stop this medicine. please suggest me are there any side effects for heart when i stop this medicine (Propranolol 10mg).

Does prolonged use of ciplar la 20 medicine cause swollen ankle for a day. This gets better in a day.

Hi Doctor, I'm having palpitations whenever I'm lying down. Sometimes heart rate is high and for few times especially yesterday night it was around 48 brpm. I was continuously having palpitations. I have done ecg and echo two weeks back. And doctor said it's normal. Attached the report . Are the report fine or do i need to do any more tests? This palpitations are increasing my anxiety. Pls help

From past one year I am experiencing pounding pulse like feeling in stomach and chest 24/7 sometimes high and sometimes low I done couple of eggs and tmt and echo use abdomone and thyroid all are normal but I am having pan gastric problems due to this I am having chest tightening and pounding feeling coming from this is this due3to gastric or any other problem pls tell me

My father's pulse rate today was 46, BP was 122/66. He is under following medication: (1) Rosuvas cv10 (2) Telzhy ch 40 (half tab) (3) Kimet xl 25 Lifestyle: (1) He goes for morning walk, do gardening, cattle rearing (2) In food we prefer canola oil, salad, vegetables, rice, chapati. Earlier report: (1) Holter was done in 2020 when he had had chest pain. But as per doctor the report din't have any significant findings. (2) Though ECG showed bradicardia. Is it concerning?

Yesterday at night..while sleeping..my heartbeat suddenly became faster than normal..alongwith that experienced very mild sweating..not all over the body..is this related to the heart?Am I in risk of a heart attack?Please help.. P.S: I take medicines for anxiety disorder..

Recently there have been lot of cases in which people gets heart attack while doing gym workout. i also do regular workout. so worried about it. can any test be done to know heart condition . i have came to know about ct coronary angiography which tells us calcium score / blockage in heart arteries. is it good test to perform . where it can be done in pune. how much does it costs?

I am 33years old...my total cholesterol is 203...LDL is 135 and HDL is 47... triglycerides is 129...how much high cholesterol level do I have? Should I reduce oil taking...or I should totally skip the oil? Can I eat fish? Pls suggest..Thank you
