Hi Doctor, My lipid profile is as follows: Cholesterol total, serum: 205.7mg/dl Triglycerides, serum: 97mg/dl Hdl cholesterol, serum: 38mg/dl Ldl cholesterol, serum: 148mg/dl Vldl Cholesterol, serum: 19mg/dl Attached the blood test report. My Weight:67kg, height: 170cm Is this cholesterol levels dangerous? Should i take medication or excercise is enough?

Age 23 HDL- 61.5 Triglycerides-199 Cholesterol- 296 BP: 125/84 What should I do? I do get left side chest pain and breathlessness

Dr, I just got my lipid profile test done and my HDL/LDL ratio is 0.37, which is less than desired result. What can be the reason for this? Also, my LDL cholesterol is slightly elevated, it is 102.7 Kindly guide.

Iam attaching my ecg report. Sir some dr saying its lahb but some are saying its left axis deviation only. For labh it has to be more than -45 degree something like that. Pls help or Is it serious iam 24 only?

Hello, It's been a 5-7 days since I've been feeling short of breath and dizziness in middle of night I've been diagnosed with cervical spondylitis also i did Ecg, 2d echo, TMT, Blood Tests, Trop I, T Chest X ray 2 months ago, Everything came back normal Blood pressure remains 120/130 sys & 80/90 dias when i monitor with digital BP machine Also i have Hyperacidity With Pain in left side of body, I've been drinking lukewarm water and hot fomentation every night before sleep I'm unable to sleep due to these symptoms Please help me out what should i do

Sometimes I feel my heart pounding when I stand, also when I sometimes feel my radial artery it seems heartbeat had a pause and starts again I did my ecg earlier it came incomplete rbbb with st and t changes. Sometimes I even feel pulse at my back

My father 72 yrs old had problem with valves was under supervison of doctors and lungs issua have taken pneumonia and influenza vaccine but recently detected with rheumatic heart in eco doppler is there any problem with this? Can it be fatal? Plz plz tell

Hi Doctor Since Feb'22 i have been feeling pain in left side of chest, neck, shoulder & arm. That time ECG came back normal. Same pain felt in Nov'22 went through ECG & Echo which also came normal. Blood test normal. But since last week i have been feeling palpitations sometimes when i walk or sitting idle. Usually it goes up to 120 - 140 pm while doing some work or walking & 60-92 pm while resting. I am attaching my reports. Please guide further.
