Suddenly I start feeling breathlessness and have extreme heartburn
There is also perspiration and feeling of anxiety and panic, also problem of swallowing.

DRA grade 1 in ECHO
Found ST segment downslope depressed in ECG in a pre employment medical examination.
Gone through ECHOCARDIOGRAM with Colour Doppler Test. Result came DRA grade 1 with Ewave> >A wave, NO RWMA, Systolic normal..
Doctor didn't prescribe any medicine except BP medicine.
Is everything okay? Please suggest.
