I was Diagnosed with pml prolapse 1 yr ago, due to mild chest discomfort them 2d echo showed trivial Mr n rest all normal even ct angio normal, doctor gave me 10mg inderal 2 times a day for chest discomfort after 9 months echo showed trivial mr, no rwma of lv, good biventricular systolic function (EF 67%), mild tr with pah, rest all normal, doc said everything was fine and not to worry but I heard pah is serious life threating disease and needs urgent care at present I don't have any symptoms but some times have palpitations and dizziness after diagnosis also had anxiety regarding my health and future. I have huge college loans but with this condition will it be hard for me to work in future, will I live long enough with pah? No family history with heart disease. Is there any way to cure pah or control it, doctor said don't worry everything is fine as per report he didn't mention anything abt pah but after i searched for it I started getting anxiety please tell truth abt pah.

I have been facing shortness of breath and rapid heartbeat on and off since 3 years now. I mostly get it after eating my meals or while eating my meals. My chest gets heavy, i find it hard to catch on my breath, sometimes i feel heaviness in my head too. I am tired of speaking to doctors and they all call it anxiety. But i know its not. My heart rate ranges from 90-110- goes upto 132 even if I'm doing normal day to day errands. Please suggest me tests that i can take. Could it be food insensitivity? I dont even know what kinda doctor/specialist i should see, who is a fit choice and can address these issues. Every doctor just laugh it off. At this point i honestly cant take it anymore. Please pleaseeeee help me out.

Hi, I climbed 3 floors with stairs by running with my laptop bag and lunch box. After climbing I was breathing bit fast and my pulse rate was around 170. After 2-3 minutes by breathing became normal and pulse rate came to around 105. Is it normal? Please help Thanks

I am 33 yr slim boy weight 59 height 170 cm Daily workout do. I feel pain in chest , is it life threatening. As shown mild pah. Any cure for this. No diabetes, normal bp.
