Hi doctors My 11months old baby has vsd initially it was 2.2mm as diagnosed in Jun but now it has become 2mm as recent ecg report So please let me know that will it heal by self by time or should I go for surgery

Hello,I've been recently experiencing pain on left arm, leg, chest occasionally the whole day, since 20-25 days. I was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis, these days whenever i try to sleep at night i feel like suffocating with left arm pain and dizziness, it makes me panic that I'm having an heart attack (also have acidity the whole day). I've recently took tests ECG, 2D Echo, CBC, HS Trop I, Trop T all seemed normal to doctors. I used to be an chainsmoker (7-8 cigarettes per day) but now I'm on my smoking cessation since 2.5 years. When could arrhythmia be dangerous ? What is the frequency of arrhythmia could be considered dangerous. Lately i have little increased in my resting heart rate. Revolving around 90-110. Above 100 fewer times but it's happening. Is it normal. Last month i got my ECHO checked it was normal.
