I have pain in left chest since 3 years Burning,pain ,back tightness. Due to family tention my mind is always thinking something. I always fear that may be my heart has some problem. I also afraid of any diagnostic. When I do running I feel relaxed Please advise me what should I do.

Center of my back is paining since 3weeks out of no reason. I feel the discomfort when I drive the bike/car, sit/get up from chair or wake up from bed. A week ago I felt mild giddiness after 40min of normal walk on treadmill. 2days after it ,felt mild discomfort at the centre of my chest. I took gastracid syrup and felt normal after some time. I'm slightly stressed up in my personal life too. No other symptoms I have with my health. non smoker/very rarely consume very limited alcohol. Hi, I am 23 years old, Weight 82Kg . One month ago I bought Omron blood pressure monitor last month as I had been feeling like burning and some pressure on chest with sometime pain not that much but sometime it happenes. My pressure seems always above the normal range like systolic staying between 125-135 and diastolic between 85-95 and resting heart rate /pulse is staying between 95-110 . So what should I do now? Is it of concern should I consult a doctor? Also I have done both ECG and Echo last year, which seems normal according to doctor.

Hi Doctor, Gm. Need ur advice. I am 26 yrs/Male with no health issues as such. I was diagnosed with sinus tachycardia (heart rate in 140-150)/hypertension last month. (mainly due to work related stress/anxiety/improper lifestyle). Also have some GI/acidity issues. I have improved my lifestyle now (lost 5-6 Kgs weight), BP is in range of Systolic BP (120-130), Diastolic BP (75-85). My Echo, TMT, ECG reports are all normal. ECG few ectopics were there, doctor told its normal. At first I was on Ciplar LA 20 mg for around 3 weeks, it was working fine, stopped it as one day while visiting doc for GI issues, my DBP was around 100 (150/100). I was on Macsart Beta 40/25 mg for apprx 12 days. After which I was on Tazloc 20 mg/Embetta XR 25 mg for a 1 month. Now I am facing really bad side effects of metoprolol I am unable to sleep properly (hardly sleep 3-4 hrs a day) also feel lethargic and mild dizziness. Want to taper and stop it gradually. Can I take 12.5 mg for few days and stop?

I am having bp readings of 135/85 for the past two days during home measurement. I had my wisdom tooth extracted two days ago. I am taking telma 40 for my high bp which developed after covid. Usually my pressure is around 120/75 after telma 40. But now it is slightly high. Should I be concerned?

My resting heart rate is 50-65 while the sleeping minimum value is 48..when I am standing it goes to above 100 and 120 it is normal or not. I am 30 years old. I also have health Anxiety
