Hi dear doctors my concern is I have irregular heartbeats occasionally.i use chewing tobacco. my echo test normal ECG normal ,tmt report I don't ask any about it to doctor. Please check my tmt report.

As i am concern related to heart from long time so whenever i think about it i start feeling presssure or discomfortness in left chest and arm. Is it normal?

Hello doctor, I am attaching the ECG graph along with this message. It shows sinus tachycardio with right angle deviation and is taken during an episode of panic attack. Can you please explain if there is any heart related provlem.

Can we do ivus guided multi vessel pci for a patient with high BP (avg of 160/90) and high sugar (hba1c of 9.5)? Or should we control the sugar and bp first and do the procedure. Note; my mom (65) diagnosed with blockages in right side Artery 80% and left side Artery 90% recently. Also there are other small blockages in the sub branches. But no chest pain she feels she says... They said min 5 stents required to be placed with Rotational method to remove the calcification. Also this is found during a regular health check up with an Abnormal ECG and Normal ECHO report 61% of heart function. She is a bp patient for 20yr and sugar for 10 yrs.

Hello doctor, When I'm laying on bed or during sleeping suddenly getting faster heart beats for 3-4 mins. I'm having High BP and sugar decease. So please suggest me why it's happening and what are the reasons, what should I have to follow, what medical test i have to do . Please suggest. Thanks

I have severe gastric problem. I had my periods on wednesday from tuesday i have discomfort in chest above breast left side. The pain comes for few second and goes away. I have vein pain on left side sometimes. Upper Back hurts in different positions on left side. I am burping a lot. After burping i am feeling relaxed. Flaturance is also more. Some times my knees also hurts. I have anxiety problem too. Please help me of it

My father engiography was done.its perfectly alright.now his ECG shows Atrial fibrillation.so he is in on prolomet xl 25.but some times we see his heart beat as less then 45 and then again comes normal between 60 to 90.also ealrlier he use to have a heart beat greater than 130.is that ohk
