Recently again i did a health checkup by myself and observed Triglycerides increases to 262 range also VLDL increase to 52. Please suggest if I need to start any medicine apart from daily exercise.

However its been a while now and we noticed that telmikind is a cheaper substitute and the same medicine with a different brand. So wanted to confirm if we switch to telmikind amh from telma amh, could it cause any issue?
