TMT Test query

I did a TMT Test 3 days ago, and I was on a 15-days Inderal LA 40mg dose. Could reach 78% of THR at the peak exercise moment after about 7 minutes. Is propranolol the reason behind not reaching 85% THR as required in the TMT Test? Kindly suggest, thank you.
