Today, I was working in laptop and for fraction of second i felt squeezing feeling in center of chest with no pain but noticeable. I have no bad habit like smoking and other I have done 3 echo in July, August and Nov all were normal I have done 2 tmt in July and August both were normal Troponin I and Bnp nt pro - Normal Why i felt so? Is it anything serious? Squeezing for fraction of seconds is normal

Swelling is visible on right side of face and below the eye to my elder brother With No pain and No itching. What should we do? If there is any cause of concern.  Please suggest To which specialist should he approach for the diagnosis.

Attaching ECG during ER visit due to chest pain, dizziness and vomiting. Doctor told some abnormalities in ECG and later on just gave Gastritis medicine. Also ordered Troponin test. Can you please interpret the abnormalities in ECG.
