Sudden giddiness
Hi, today I felt sudden giddiness. Went to doctor. They checked ear, nose and throat and told it's normal. They took sugar test which resulted 138. I asked them to take ecg because my father had heart disease. Doctor told ECG is normal. But I could see the below statements in ECG. What is the meaning of this.
probable left atrial enlargement
sinus tachycardia

General question
Hello doctor! Looking at the rising cases of heart attacks and heart related diseases. I found about Spandan ( portable ECG monitor )
Also, I have seen a lot of doctors are suggesting to keep Aspirin 300mg in your pockets & wallets everytime to prevent it.
Is aspirin present in disprin sufficient? And what if it was not heart attack and you still pop 300mg of Aspirin, harmful effects?
Thank you in advance 🙏🏻
