I after exercising for a bit get fast heart rate and as soon as I realise I start to think I am having heart attack as once it got very bad and we rushed to the doctor. The echocardiogram was clear. I was prescribed propranolol. I got another same feeling with sweating,fast heart rate, dizziness. Could it be any heart disease or heart attack or stroke?

Hi Dr, My father is taking Concor Am 5 and ecosprin av 20/75 from last 1.5 years . We used to check bp occassionally. But yesterday bp was 135/90 at night. So we started giving tablet twice a day(as doctor earlier said can take if needed) And today when I checked (night) bp it came to 140/100. Is it a cause of concern?

I have persistent chest pain from last 8 days. ECG, 2D ECHO, blood tests everything is normal but chest pain is there along with back and neck pain. Is this something to worry about? What should I do to get rid of this pain?
