Anxiety or heart problem
I do vigorous workout every day for 60 min. Keep myself active for 90 min a day and i am fairly a  fit guy. I can Maintain 140 to 170 bpm during workout.. I drink alcohol once a week 3 or 4 drinks and i also take chew tobacco for the last 10 years( don't know how to stop this) off lately i keep getting some form of chest pain, dizziness and occasional spike in bp. I consulted a cardiologist, ECG normal, 2d echo normal with a mild MR. The doctor said it's all fine and did not suggest any additional tests. My resting hr is 45 to 50, resting bp 115/70.. my HR raises and lowers as expected during workouts, bp too raise and lowers just fine. During exercise if i get any mild chest pain or dizziness i stop my workout.. this is killing me. I can sense i am budging to this fear of heart problem. Is there a way to relive myself from this fear or heart problem phobia. Can I do some additional tests? Drinking alcohol calms me down, i am afraid I will addiction.
