My friend was suffering from sarcoidosis and bronical Asthma doctor suggest inhaler along with ecosprin av75 So my question is about ecosprin av75 side effects And what ias the duration of ecosprin av75 should stop or continue

I am 23 years old male, since few months I feel palpitations in my chest and while sleeping my whole body shake with heartbeat I did ECG and ECHO but it was normal in the evening as these happen most of the time in the noon and mobile app also show fast heart rate at noon but I am also having gas problems and anxiety what should I do?

I have got the troponin T test which is negative to know the health of the heart should I go for 2D echo also or it is fine

I have chest pain from past 2 months. I have consulted gastric and taken pills for gas. And taken ECG And report looks no problem. However still chest pain is there while moving and lifting things. So I think it's a chest muscle pain. Please help whether it is a serious issue or what medications i should use to overcome the chest muscle pain. Thank you
