In my health check up low lipoprotein A is 6.1,Hdl low 30,ldl high 108,triglycerides high 319.. please tell is it cause any risk ?need to take any medicine?

Because I was having anxiety at the time of ecg
Whenever I get bp done then also my anxiety aries
