Vvi pacemaker implanted ..2013.. pacemaker is ok .. 1month early suddenly abdomen swelled... And heart rate was 175. Doctor give ... medicine and tell that psvt case.. medicine prescribed 1)dilzem cd 90- twice daily 2) met xl 50-twice daily 3)lanoxin 0.25- 1/2 once 5days per week 4)pan 40- once daily 5)rivaflo 15mg- onece daily .. After taking this medicine heart rate was 90-95 always ... But suddenly after taking 2 week heart rate suddenly drops to 60... Like last night 90+ but in morning 60.. and from that day heart rate was 60... But after 5 days.. heart beat returned to 90-100... What can i do now... Any tips for reducing heart rate... Doctor told for ablation... But when he knows that heart rate returned to 60 ..he said dont go for ablation now... Help...now heart rate is 105 pressure is 105/65

My doctor suggested to take concur 5mg for 15 days. I have avg BP of 135/90 and HR of 100. I took the medicine for 1 week and looking to stop taking it now. Could you please suggest the way of stopping it? Are there any issues in stopping it abruptly?

Doctor, I am having nicoran 5mg whenever I have pain but since few days I am having severe tiredness and energy less it seems got tired and pain in middle of the chest and same pain on same area of back side, started breathing so fast as if I took part in race or came running, my breathing seems will stop suddenly and pain is something so tired, pressured and sometimes feel head is round like vertigo, cannot perform any activites like dry wet cloths also tired, it's very restless

My sister had svt attack 3 weeks before , i already had it 3 times before within a interval of 1 year.....my doctor suggested me verapamil 120 mg /day, have been taking this for 2 weeks , but I'm having palpitations, my heart rate remains 60-80 , but it suddenly gets 90-100 and it does not lower while sitting and i feel it in my chest , is this normal?

After taking the morning BP medicine ( Telmisartan-40 ) after about two hours feeling left sided chest tightness and discomfort in left lower jaw and lower half of left hand. Hi sir/Madam Today I have done my endoscopy. In that reports they noted patchy hyperemia ain antrum . Is it serious ? Is it related heart ? What is meant by patchy hyperemia ? Please please can you explain me ? What cause hyperemia  ? What is the prevention ? Is it related to gastric or heart ? Please am very tensed about that can you please explain me? A few days back, I was having shortness of breath, left chest pain, panic attacks and possibly pain in my left arm. I visited doctor, who dismissed me saying I have gas and cold problems and suggested me Ergomont A, zedex and pantocids. I did ecg, echo and chest x ray which were normal.
