Hi, I got high BP post delivery,used BP medication for 6 weeks .After 8 weeks, I was having giddiness and weakness.Consulted gen physician,he checked my BP and asked me to continue BP medication for 2 months.At 10 weeks , I started getting numbness in whole body,was feeling restless , sometimes shortness of breath and extreme  fatigue .Consulted neurologist and had following tests.CBP,urine test,2D echo and brain MRI.All reports were normal .He prescribed few medicines for numbness and pain along with BP medicine. It's now 4 months,BP is normal now .Had review with neurologist and he asked me to continue the medicines for 2 more months. He says my BP is chronic now and have to continue BP lifelong. I never had high BP before delivery, does postpartum high BP will not subside and I have to continue BP medication.

If a person had a heart attack.what to do and primary treatment or first aid given to that person to help that person untill we reach to hospital

I am 20 years old Female. Since March 2022 I am suffering from mild chest pain whenever I take stress, So on March 2022 I went to a doctor ( General Physician ) and he took an Ecg and give me Ivarbradine tablet, but then also the symptoms did not get resolved so I was very worried So in August I decided to get an echocardiography done, the echo was normal. Then since September I am suffering from jaw and front neck pain and sometimes chest pain also, And today after I cried so much I got jaw pain radiating to my front neck pain. So please help me and tell me is my heart has some problem or blockage I am so worried right now please help me PLEASE I BEG. I have attached my Ecg and Echo report which was done in March and Aug respectively. Please check and help me. What should I do ?

My father daily took ecospirin av 75 at night. On 7 Jan catract operation schedule. Doctor has told  that before 5 days of catract operation needs to Stop ecospirin av 75 . Is this ok ? Please advise.

Is this condition dangerous what should I do I have some pain in left chest and sometimes my hand pains whY should I do?

I am 29 yrs old. For the past 4 months i feel discomfort/pain around chest area. Also i am having left hand pain. Sometimes feeling breathing trouble (but SPO2 is normal around 97). I took around 13 ecg, 4 echo, 2 tmt everything was normal, nothing was detected. I then took a CT Angio scan, it was normal. Calcium and CAD RADS were Zero. I did an endoscopy, mild erythema and mild antral gastritis was seen. But the discomfort is making me scary. Is there anything to worry?
