Sir.for the past one month i feel sudden heart pounding sensation for 2 seconds .It is occurring daily 2or 3 times.At that time i feel my heart is loosing,or skipping a beat or stopping sensation.My resting heart beat for the past 3years is 100.my ecg and 2d echo is normal.kindly help me what to do now.is this any problem for me ...is this paraxysmal tachycardia?kindly help me sir

Hi My ECG has T wave inversion. TMT test reports are normal. Both the reports are attached. Since, the report came with T wave I am scared, is something of worry and sometimes experience chest pressure and slight pain. No pain or pressure was felt before the report came. is this due to stress ?

Internally i felt center chest pressure for fraction of second till noticeable time. I am having arm pain and should pain along with neck pressure and pain while running walking.. I have diagnosed with CHB with 2nd degree av block in Sept 2022. I had no symptoms by then. Now I have chest pain extreme fatigue and easily get tired while walking. Doctor had suggested pacemaker of necessary? Whether I need peacemaker? Will this 2nd degree turns into complete block? Any risks of heart failure without symptoms?
