Hello Doctors, Once I had anxiety n panic issues since then having acidity n shortness of breathe while taking stairs or physical activity, mostly i feel gas surrounded in my chest area then i have to burb explicitly to pass out gas from chest then will feel little relaxed, this is happening mainly on exertion time, usually my heart bpm will be normal 65bpm but physical activity it is 150 bpm n ofcourse gas formation is high in my chest, I have consulted many cardiologist to rule out cardiac issues all test like ECG EEG TMT came normal I have done this tests many times since mind is not calming down many doctors suggested to take counseling but need an answer for this and I'm not like this before i used to jog n involved in physical activity a lot but now completely stopped due to this reason. Hoping I ll get a solution from your experiences doctors. TIA

I visited a Doc(offline) for anxiety and increased heart beat. He prescribed: Dilzem 60: morning and night Vilazine 40: night Espra Dsr: empty stomach I started same since evening, and had Dilzem and Vilazine over gap of 2 hrs. But 1 hr after talking Vilazine felt uncomfortable and vomit happened. What may be the reason? Drug interaction? (I am unable to reach consulting doc as he is out of town). Please guide

I am 27, my height is 5feet 7 inch weight 72 kg, I have blood pressure of 140/90, i have done all tests like thyroid, ultrasound of stomach.. , urine test, blood test etc all normal, earlier I was obese 90 kg and sedentary lifestyle, which blood pressure medication is best for me?
