I have facing left upper neck , back and hand pain from last one month. I also have asthma . Dealed with asthma attack.last day my. ECG report is diagnosed with Sinus tachaycardia , borderline t abnormalities , anterior leads and low voltage and premordial leads ...is it ok or serious issue ??

It happens during the night at 1 am I feel a very strange heartbeat with a strange feeling. I also could not sleep till that fast heartbeat don't come to normal also I feel like my body will stop working. When it comes to normal I feel chill and have a fever. It happens twice. Is it serious?

My one ecg showed myocardial infarction while later after 4-5 ecg they had a normal ecg . Echo is normal . Cardiac markers negative . Why dud this happen . Should i worry . I had giddiness and they checked for ecg
