Sometime Having Needle pain in chest.

Hello All, Please help me with solution i am working in insurance sector wherein stress is very high, on 26th Nov 2022 i had a panic attack which I was not aware of I went to Cardiologist he run many BLOOD TEST...2D ECHO ... DONE ECG 2 TIMES everything was normal as said by the Cardiologist but I was still having needle pinching pain in my chest then I went to another cardiologist he also said the same thing but same time he told me I am suffering from Anxiety and had Panic Attack he gave me medicine for Anixety,I am taking medicine for Anixety from last 20 days but sometime still I feel needle stubbing chest pain i am very much fraustated and not able to concentrate on my work and i feel very suffocating when I travel sometime feel like no to go to office or resign from the office and sit at home ... Please suggest what shld i do
