Hi sir I'm 21 years old guy with no bad habits but I'm having  chest pain that radiates to neck shoulder and sometimes jaw I took my echo two months back and tmt two weeks back both came out normal I took 3 ecg's in two months all are normal but I'm having constant pain which makes me fear about heart attack please help me with this issue I'm having this pain for more than one month

Last night during sleep, I experienced palpitations in the heart,and after a few seconds,heart rate returned to normal..Is it  a sign of anxiety or heart problems? I did my ecg in May 2022 which was normal(94 bpm) and 2D echo showed dilated left ventricle..Also I am taking medications for anxiety disorder..

Current Symptoms : Chest Pain, Chest Tightness and Heaviness, Dizziness, Cold Hands and Feet, Shortness of Breath. Current Medication : Nikoran 5 BD,  Ciplar 30 OD, Ecosprin Gold 20MG OD. Coronary Angiography revealed Coronary Slow Flow in all coronaries. Doctor told me that this might because of Microvascular Dysfunction. What is the cause and what is the treatment for this?

Heartbeat pause for less than 2 second are dangerous?? Cause cardiac arrest in future??? ECG/2D ECHO Normal Holter monitoring shows ectopic heartbeat (PAC)

Hello doctor,Holter detected prolonged RR interval (1.4) second at night time is any thing serious??

When I am not comfortable or my boss scolded Me infornt of others I am getting sweat all of sudden even though heart beat normal.  I am not much talkative person and possessive.

My sister had a svt problem. Doctor prescribed calaptin 120 mg. And said nothing to worry. Doctor did echo and ecg and he said echo is normal. But later I saw that report. It denotes trivial mr and trivial tr. Doctor did not said about this.. is this serious problem? ( i submit echo report)

I'm having left arm pain occassionally since 7-8 months and also have lightheadedness sometimes . I'm having pain in neck on movement My weight is 135kg I workout for 1.5 hrs 4-5 days a week in gym Did ECG doctor said it's normal What must be the problem ?

Doctor prescribed me inderal la 20 tablet Can this tablet lower heart beat? At morning i am taking this tablet

I did it yesterday as I am attaching the report please tell me is it normal or not?? Comments written on second page is 1) No RWMA LVEF=58% 2) NORMAL LV DIASTOLIC FUNCTION 3) CARDIAC VALVES ARE NORMAL 4) NO PERICARDIAL EFFUSION 5) IVC IS NORMAL IN SIZE WITH NORMAL RESPIRATORY VARIATION and I achieved 163 to my target heart rate that is 168. Is it ok??
