When m moving my body left and right..m feeling chest pressure and pain not that sharp but yeah I can feel that something is pinching..i checked my bp it's normal my heart rate is 72-74... I live in a hostel so m worried..if anyone can help please

Pulse rate
Hi,
I climbed 3 floors with stairs by running with my laptop bag and lunch box. After climbing I was breathing bit fast and my pulse rate was around 170. After 2-3 minutes by breathing became normal and pulse rate came to around 105. Is it normal?
