Sinus bradycardia

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Attaching my husband ecg report.. doctor said it's sinus bradycardia.. he does excersie daily and regularly.. is there anything to worry and also have attached thread mill test which was done couple of months ago.. we got recently blood test and lipid profile ,kidney is normal. Total cholesterol is 189.. I'm worried.. Please suggest
