Hi sir yesterday chest pain and burning upper abdomen also lot of fear body sweating today i took ecg plz tellme sir anything problem sir plz cheak ecg

I am 41 and suffer from health related anxiety , i have been having episodes of palpitations and chest discomfort , the last one happened a month ago. I got a ecg and echo done for palpitations ,is it advisable to get a CTS done to rule out everything.

My dad an heart stent operation of total 4 July month he took correct medicine for exactly 2 month untill October but they had given tablet of roseday a 20 but he has not taken it for exactly two month untill we come to know that today they have also given tablet ticaspan 90mg but what should I do as he left roseday a 20 for 2 month he had chest pain since few weeks also weakness but he is alright my question is should we given extra medicine or something please help

Hello Doctor, I am feeling dizziness while walking.. it has happened 2 times.. I was in a mall while walking dizziness happened I felt like falling down, fainting kind of thing.. second time I felt while i was having brisk walk after 10min of brisk walk I felt again like dizziness, fainting etc and came home and had water... I after exercising for a bit get fast heart rate and as soon as I realise I start to think I am having heart attack as once it got very bad and we rushed to the doctor. The echocardiogram was clear. I was prescribed propranolol. I got another same feeling with sweating,fast heart rate, dizziness. Could it be any heart disease or heart attack or stroke?
