My ECG had a minor variation when checked due to sudden breathlessness. Echo and TMT do not have any changes indicating coronary artery disease. Echo- LVH and dialated Ascending Aorta 4.6 CMS TMT- Negative for inducible ischemia (10.1 METS ) Other than hypertension medicines i was given a combination drug of Ecospirin 75 and Atorvastatin 20mg. Ascending aorta dilation May be due to atherosclerosis(cholesterol deposition) . Better u consult a cardiologist and discuss. Needs proper history and evaluation
