Hi Doctor, My lipid profile is as follows: Cholesterol total, serum: 205.7mg/dl Triglycerides, serum: 97mg/dl Hdl cholesterol, serum: 38mg/dl Ldl cholesterol, serum: 148mg/dl Vldl Cholesterol, serum: 19mg/dl Attached the blood test report. My Weight:67kg, height: 170cm Is this cholesterol levels dangerous? Should i take medication or excercise is enough?

Dr, I just got my lipid profile test done and my HDL/LDL ratio is 0.37, which is less than desired result. What can be the reason for this? Also, my LDL cholesterol is slightly elevated, it is 102.7 Kindly guide.

Hello, It's been a 5-7 days since I've been feeling short of breath and dizziness in middle of night I've been diagnosed with cervical spondylitis also i did Ecg, 2d echo, TMT, Blood Tests, Trop I, T Chest X ray 2 months ago, Everything came back normal Blood pressure remains 120/130 sys & 80/90 dias when i monitor with digital BP machine Also i have Hyperacidity With Pain in left side of body, I've been drinking lukewarm water and hot fomentation every night before sleep I'm unable to sleep due to these symptoms Please help me out what should i do
